Welcome, and thank you for your interest in St. Mary's Catholic School.
The Admissions Process
The admissions process begins with your inquiry and school visit. During these visits, you will have the opportunity to meet our principal, some of our faculty, staff, and students, ask questions, and tour the campus.
PreK Roundup
Our annual Pre-K Roundup will be held in February. This event is open to any prospective students, but is geared toward incoming 4K and Kindergarten students looking to enroll for the 2019-2020 school year.
Students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2019 to be eligible for the 4K and 5 years old by September 1, 2019 to be eligible for Kindergarten.
School Tours
School tours are available Tuesdays at 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM. Please contact the school office to schedule a tour at (254) 826-5991 or development@stmaryswest.com.
"Mustang For A Day" Shadowing
We invite prospective students (generally grades 4-8) to shadow current students for a day during the fall and spring semesters. To schedule a shadow visit, contact Adrienne Janek at adrienne.janek@stmaryswest.com. The prospective student will be matched with a current student according to grade level, and will spend the morning attending classes with that student.
